Artisan Morning Elixir Recipe: French Press Coffee with Chocolate Delight
Ingredients:
1/4 cup whole coffee beans
4 cups water (for brewing)
1/2 cup organic oat milk (or milk of choice)
2 squares of Alter Eco Chocolate
1 heaping tablespoon of brown sugar
A splash of cream (optional)
Prepare the Coffee:
Grind 1/4 cup of whole coffee beans to your preferred coarseness.
Bring water to almost boiling point.
French Press Magic:
Pour the hot water into the French press over the freshly ground beans.
Give it a gentle stir to ensure even saturation.
Place the lid on the French press without pressing down the plunger.
Let It Brew:
Let the coffee steep for about 4 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
After steeping, slowly press down the plunger to separate the coffee grounds.
Pour about 1 1/2 cups of freshly brewed coffee into your favorite artisan stoneware mug.
While your coffee is brewing, use the same pot or microwave to warm 1/2 cup of organic oat milk (or milk of choice).
Add 2 squares of Alter Eco Chocolate to the warmed milk, letting it melt and infuse.
To the chocolate-infused milk, add a heaping tablespoon of brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
If you're feeling extra indulgent, add a splash of cream for a velvety touch.
Combine and Savor:
Pour the chocolate-infused milk into your coffee, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.
Now give it a gentle stir to fully combine the coffee and chocolate goodness. Note: Adjust the quantities of milk, chocolate, sugar, and cream to suit your taste preferences. Feel free to explore different variations by experimenting with the ratios.
